At H-C Travel we take insurance seriously. We have our own travel insurance policy underwritten specifically for you, our customers, and with your requirements in mind. By insuring through us, you KNOW you are covered for any of our tours or rentals, anywhere in the World. MANY widely available policies will not cover you on adventure, offroad or large capacity motorcycles.

Travel insurance is a vital aspect of booking a holiday, giving you protection against unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your holiday. It is important that at the time of booking you purchase travel insurance that properly covers your participation in whatever activities, such as motorcycling, that you may undertake. This is NOT to be confused with motorcycle insurance, which is completely separate..

All prices include 17.5% Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), and are subject to change if the tax rate changes.

You have 14 days to return the policy and receive a full refund if it does not meet your requirements, providing you have not travelled or made a claim.

Financial failure
All customers receive free of charge our TTA Safe Seat Plan, safeguarding your money up to £11,000/person in the event of our financial failure or that of any of our overseas partners. H-C Travel is also ATOL bonded for your further financial protection.

Before taking out insurance, please consider these questions:

Do you, your travelling companions, immediate family or business associates:

• Have any pre-existing medical conditions?
• Know of any reason why the journey is likely to be cancelled or cut short?
• Waiting for any hospital consultation, operation or treatment or been admitted to a hospital overnight in the last 12 months (other than regular check-ups)?
