  • Day 1

    Chiang Mai

We pick you up at the airport and transfer you to our tour hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, a historic Buddhist centre. Depending on your arrival time you can go sightseeing, exploring some of the myriad of temples or just relax in the hotel. This evening we will have dinner in a riverside restaurant, and then we will pay a visit to the famous night market.

    Day 2

Chiang Mai – Khun Yuam (260km)

After we have collected our motorcycles this morning we’ll head towards Doi Inthanon National Park. Doi Inthanon is Thailand’s highest mountain at 2565m! Our first stop will be at an elephant camp which is reached via a suspension bridge over a small river. We will then follow narrow winding roads to a spectacular waterfall where will stop for lunch. We spend the afternoon on exciting roads, winding towards the hillside market town of Khun Yuam, for our overnight stop.

    Day 3

    Khun Yuam – Pai (240km)

Today is pure riding pleasure as we ride the Mae Hong Son Loop with its 1864 curves. There is also plenty to see on our route. We will visit the small village of Karen (Long Neck) as well as the largest stalactite cave in South East Asia! Reaching our overnight stop in Pai in the late afternoon, gives us time to explore. Discover some interesting delicacies at the night market.

    Day 4

    Pai – Chiang Doa (160km)

After breakfast we continue our breath-taking route through the mountains of Northern Thailand. Enjoy more than 750 bends over the next 100km and all on good roads. Once we leave the mountains the roads narrow as we head into beautiful jungle landscape, and our lunch stop. We continue heading for our overnight in Chiang Dao. This is your opportunity to visit hot springs and go swimming in the warm water or just relax by the pool before dinner

    Day 5

    Chiang Dao – Phayao (290km)

Another fantastic ride today! We will take a small road up into the mountains and ride along the border with Myanmar to Doi Ankang. Admire the beautiful mountain view before arriving at one of the Thai royal family’s development projects. Here we shall stop for lunch. Our ride continues to Chiang Rai where you can visit the exotic Rat Rong Khun or White Temple. We then continue on a good road to Phayao where our overnight stop is right on the shimmering silvery lake.

    Day 6

    Phayao – Chiang Mai (160km)

Our last riding day today as we head back towards Chiang Mai. We make the most of our ride, enjoying the windy roads and a stop at a beautiful waterfall along the way. In Chang Mai spend some time exploring, having a massage or just relax by the pool before this evening’s farewell dinner.

    Day 7

We will transfer you back to the airport in time for your flight home. Until the next time, savour your memories of Twists & Turns in Thailand motorcycle tour.  We hope you enjoyed riding in the ‘land of smiles’!
